The split steel ribbed roller is connected with an industrial grade roller ratchet which is encased in a vacuum locked seal to prevent grass, dirt and water from entering. For additional durability the roller chain cover has been specially heat treated and reinforced to avoid wear during use.

OPTIONAL STRIPE BRUSH
The optional stripe brush is fully adjustable and can be lowered into position when working, and raised up for transportation. The brush itself also features a height adjustment to alter the intensity when in use. The brush does not require any tools to remove when not being used and incorporates a bumper, rather than the original bumper being used.
EASY MAINTENANCE
As a commercial machine the 77 TBO was designed for simple maintenance, with easy access to the oil dipstick, spark plug, oil and air filters, to make routine maintenance fast and minimise downtime.
SERVICE & STORAGE POSITION
As a commercial lawnmower, easy transportation is key which is why we developed our quick release folding handles to allow for easy lifting when moving between locations, and easy access to the underside of the deck in the service position for cleaning and general maintenance.
HEAVY DUTY BUMPER & ROLLED EDGE DECK
The cutter deck and front wheels are protected from accidental knocks by a heavy duty front bumper, which doubles up as a lifting handle for transportation. Due to the larger size of the machine additional deck rigidity comes from the specially designed rolled steel edge to the deck.
NEW WIDER WHEELS
Due to the additional weight of the machine we have increased the diameter and width of the front and rear wheels to ensure that the ground pressure is the same as a 53cm model, avoiding wheel marks on the lawn.
INDEPENDENT HEIGHT OF CUT
The 77 TBO features independent height adjustment for the front and rear of the machine with 15 cutting heights from 17mm – 129mm to maintain any grass area whether short and formal or longer and more natural.
EASY TO OPERATE
The WEIBANG controls are designed for simple operation and unrivalled durability. Featuring a heavy duty rubber grip, flush OPC and drive levers for user comfort, and simple throttle and speed levers which can be easily accessed for routine maintenance. Due to the additional weight of the 77 TBO the handles feature a parking brake, ensuring safety when not in use or during transport. The blade brake system also allows drive to function without the blade engaged.
SIDE DISCHARGE
The Virtue 77 TBO offers 4 in 1 functionality, with rear discharge and rear collect, side discharge for overgrown areas such as paddocks and pathways, and mulching.
HIGH PERFORMANCE MULCHING
The 77 TBO includes a high performance mulch kit comprising of specially designed blades and a deeper baffle plate to hold grass in the cutter deck for continuous cutting. Thanks to the service and storage position, the mulching kit can be fitted with ease.
LARGE 90L COLLECTOR
The large 90L collector allows longer cutting periods between emptying as well as featuring airflow fabric to indicate when the collector is full and avoid blockages. The grassbag has had additional reinforcement added to the material on the corners and sides to handle the additional weight from long wet grass.
Shaft Drive
The shaft drive system offers direct power transfer for maximum performance and minimum maintenance.
Full Deck Protection
The cutter deck of the Legacy features fully replaceable protection, with a steel inner deck liner to prevent damage from stones and other objects, and outer steel deck liners to protect the aluminium deck when mowing near walls or other inevitable knocks during use.
CPS - Crank Protection System
All WEIBANG Legacy commercial mowers feature CPS – Crank Protection System, whereby the blade is mounted via a friction disc to avoid damage to the crankshaft in the event of hitting an obstacle such as a stone or tree root. (excludes BBC models)
VRS - Vibration Reduction System
The Legacy features WEIBANG’s Vibration Reduction System (VRS). This is a heavy duty aluminium bracket with a rubber AV liner that dampens vibration through the handles, as well as adding additional strength and durability.

The quick release handles also feature an aluminium ratchet system with cable protection, allowing for full height adjustment to suit any operator while keeping cables safe.
Central Height Adjustment
The central height adjustment is supported by a heavy duty spring for assistance. With a choice of 11 positions between 13 and 67mm the Legacy is capable of tackling anything from a short formal lawn to more natural areas. The height of cut can be adjusted in 5/6 mm increments allowing for the perfect finish and stripe on any lawn.
Heavy Duty Bumper & Air Fins
The cutter deck and front wheels are protected from accidental knocks by a heavy duty front bumper, which doubles up as a lifting handle for transportation. The integrated fins mounted at the front of the cutter deck allow maximum airflow into the cutter deck, ensuring the highest collection performance at any cutting height.
Optional Stripe Brush
The optional stripe brush is fully adjustable and can be lowered into position when working, and raised up for transportation. The brush itself also features a height adjustment to alter the intensity when in use. The brush does not require any tools to remove when not being used and incorporates a bumper, rather than the original bumper being used.
Central Height of Cut
The single lever height adjustment is supported by a heavy duty spring for assistance. With a choice of positions from as little as 20mm to as much as 80mm, the Virtue is capable of tackling anything from a short formal lawn to more overgrown areas. The single adjustment lever is also fitted inside the rear wheel to ensure it’s protected when mowing against walls and hedges.
Heavy Duty Bumper & Durable Wheels
The cutter deck and front wheels are protected from accidental knocks by a heavy duty front bumper, which doubles up as a lifting handle for transportation. The wide commercial wheels consist of a new nylon compound rim and durable polyurethane tread for steel deck machines, and aluminium rims with rubber compound for the aluminium deck models. To further enhance the durability, the double wheel bearings are all fully protected to reduce water and dust ingress.
Emptying Handle
The collector features a full width rear handle that doesn’t pinch the collector during emptying, resulting in easier and faster emptying of the large fabric bag.

What does a Blade Brake Clutch do?
The Blade Brake Clutch (BBC) allows easy engagement and disengagement of the mower blade whilst the engine is running. This allows the user to empty the grass collector or move to a different mowing area without the engine requiring to be turned off and restarted.
How does the crankshaft protection system on the mower work?
The Weibang Crankshaft Protection System helps to reduce the risk of accidental damage caused to the crankshaft when a hard object is struck with the mower blade. The mower blade on the Weibang Legacy roller mower is fitted against a slightly domed disc. If the mower blade hits a hard object, the blade will slip on the edge of the disc greatly reducing the impact passed through the crankshaft which can potentially lead to costly damage.
The Weibang Rear Roller Mowers are heavier than other roller mowers on the market. Why is this?
Weibang Legacy rear roller mowers are manufactured using heavy duty, robust components to guarantee a long service life. The Weibang Legacy range of rear roller mowers are designed to leave a clear attractive stripe on the lawn and in order to achieve this, there needs to be adequate weight over the rear roller.
Can you mulch using a Weibang Legacy roller mower?
The Weibang Legacy roller mowers do not have a mulch function. In order to achieve the clearest stripe, optimum collection performance is essential. If you are looking for a mower capable of mulching, we recommend looking at the four wheeled Weibang Virtue lawn mower range.
How do I store the lawnmower over the winter?
Ensure the mower is clean and dry before storing over the winter in your garden shed or garage. We recommend adding B3C Ethanol Shield Fuel Stabiliser to the fuel throughout the mowing season which protects the engine from damage caused by Ethanol in fuel. If a fuel stabiliser is not usually used, we would advise to add some to the fuel before you store the mower and allow the engine to run for approximately 10 minutes to ensure the stabiliser passes through the fuel system.
Is it ok to clean the grass collector with a hose pipe?
Yes, it is important that the grass collector is kept as clean as possible. The special airflow design of the collector aids the collection capability of the mower. If the fabric is covered in grass cuttings, airflow is restricted leading to reduced collection performance. Grass clippings which are left on the collector for prolonged periods of time can also cause the fabric to break down.
How often should I have the Weibang Legacy lawnmower serviced?
We advise that to keep any warranty valid and the high performance of the mower is maintained, the lawn mower should be serviced annually at your local Weibang service dealer. A good time to have the lawnmower serviced is at the end of the season prior to storing it away for the winter so you can be sure the mower is ready for when the next season comes around
